Winefest 2016 was a smashing time! Another sold-out, record-setting crowd of wine enthusiasts, new wineries, new vintners, and the finest dining on the western slope. It was cocktails, extraordinary farm-to-table cuisine, big-city service, small-town tranquility, tomatoes that tasted like tomatoes, something touted as “amazing” that actually was, and some very creative risk-taking.
