Wine Wednesday

The remains of a very delicious mango salad accompanied by a serviceable Malbec, served in a disposable tumbler (in case I got too rowdy, naturally). Taken at the Atlantic Blue Beach Bar, one of the dining/drinking spots at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront Hotel located in Melbourne, Florida.

What you don’t see in the photo is the beach, the setting Sun, and the friendly staff. In such a setting, situated at the bar and enjoying a cool ocean breeze, just-ok wine tastes like a million bucks, even out of a plastic cup.
